Excellent experience and fairly priced. Island Garage Door provided a large 18′ wide CHI garage door that was not an easy job. We had structural steel above the door header which was difficult to fasten through, and they took care of it without any issues. I work for a builder and I have worked with my share of good and bad vendors- and Island Garage Doors is GOOD one. Scott and John also promptly answered questions (even on the weekend). Had several garage door opener problems. Javier took about two minutes to diagnose the problems and about 30 minutes to complete the job, including a service maintenance. Highly recommend Javier and Island Door. Fast, trustworthy and reasonable.<\/p>\n
Update: we had to replace a defective garage door opener today. Justin did a flawless job. He gave us all the information we needed to determine which type of door opener we wanted to use and then determine the best place for the controls, etc. Justin is not only skilled and knowledgeable, he has outstanding customer service skills and is a born leader.<\/p>\n
